Over the past few months Kenilworth has seen a sharp increase in music events with international stars attending.

The summer months often see outdoor events spring up across the area but 2024 has witnessed a bumper crop already.

Alongside the usual live music in the bars, pubs and clubs throughout the town, Kenilworth has welcomed some major events.

We saw the second KENFEST take place. Selling out for the second year in a row, it attracted huge crowds along with a diverse range of musical stars from Coventry's Ska scene to acclaimed performers from BBC's The Voice.

We then enjoyed TiltFest which, again commanded a great crowd who enjoyed local bands for a superb family day of fun.

International star, Lizzie Curious is DJing in Kenilworth!

Not to be out done, a small contingent of local dj's then hosted Ibiza Daze at the newly refurbished, Station House bar in the centre of town.

This street event saw an enormous turn of hundreds of house music fans who danced into the evening to DJs from Kenilworth itself along side guest performers and radio presenters from as far a field as Brighton!

Once again, the event went without a hitch and the everyone attending showed us how Kenilworth is becoming the party town.

Then to round off June there is another dance event which sees Kenilworth welcome the international superstar DJ, producer and record label owner, Lizzie Curious! T

his event is at the Ale Rooms on June 29 when there is not only the annual carnival parade but the (planned) opening of a brand new bar restaurant in town.

Kenilworth is definitely becoming a busy little musical town.
