Our lead audiologist and founder, Khiyam, is a qualified audiologist with over 15 years' experience.

Khiyam's decision to start his own practice was driven by his passion for showing genuine care and concern for his patients and improving their lives.

Our goal is to maintain and improve your hearing whilst empowering you with complete understanding of your hearing health.

Why are we running this free clinic?

We have been running our support clinic every four to six weeks since April this year.

We are fully aware of the maintenance and issues that can arise with hearing aids & especially NHS or older hearing aids.

If you are struggling to hear but can't get an appointment with the NHS, if your private hearing aid is out of warranty and you need help, or if you just want somewhere local or a second opinion our Free Hearing Aid & Hearing Loss Support Clinic is for you.

We run these free clinics because it is important to us that we nurture and build our relationship with our community.

Our aim is to reduce social isolation and mental health issues arising because of hearing loss.

What services do we provide:

Free Hearing Health Check & Investigation

If you are not hearing as well as you normally do, you may have a build up of wax or infection.

We will check your hearing health and explain any concerns we have with you. You can also "see what we see", by viewing your ear canal with our latest technology.

Free Comprehensive Hearing Assessment, Consultation and Advice

Adults over the age of 50 or anyone who feels they are experiencing hearing loss should book a hearing test.

The sooner you can detect a hearing loss, the sooner you can start to manage it and limit the impact it has on your life.

Free Hearing Aid Service & Clean

Hearing aids can get blocked with earwax, dirt and moisture which if not cleaned regularly can cause infections and reduce the performance of the hearing aid.

We can clean your hearing aids to ensure that they are delivering the clearest sound possible. We can also help you learn how you can do this yourself properly.

Free batteries, tubes, filters and dome replacement

We replace batteries, tubes, filters and domes and help you learn how to do this too.
