Families can soon benefit from Everyone Active's award-winning learn to swim programme at Abbey Fields Swimming Pool in Kenilworth.

Excitement is building as the redevelopment of the swimming pool at Abbey Fields nears completion ahead of its opening date in July 2026.

The brand-new facility will offer a wider range of water-based activities for the community and features park views, two indoor pools and fun water features to engage young children and parents.

Fully accessible changing facilities will also be available, alongside two state-of-the-art Poolpod lifts which are designed to offer wheelchair users or people with limited mobility a comfortable, safe way to enter and leave the pool.

The Swim England accredited swimming lessons at the facility – which is run by Everyone Active in partnership with Warwick District Council – will help children to have fun and stay active over the summer.

The programme offers lessons for all ages and abilities, and includes free access to public swimming sessions for those enrolled.

All swimming teachers are Swim England level 2 – or equivalent – qualified.
