The Tiltyard, a well-loved community pub in Kenilworth, has launched its new autumn menu to glowing reviews from both regulars and first-time visitors.

Unveiled in October, the seasonal menu marks a fresh chapter for the pub's culinary offering, just in time for cosy evenings and festive gatherings.

Curated by newly appointed head chef Daniel Kerr, the menu features standout dishes such as local venison, wild mushroom gnocchi, free-range duck leg, and monkfish scampi.

Starters include Thai-style crab cakes, arancini, and Stratford-upon-Avon pigeon breast — all crafted with flair and a focus on fresh, local ingredients.

Diners can round off their meal with one of the puddings from the daily deserts board.

"Since taking over at The Tiltyard, enhancing our food offering has been a top priority," said co-owner Amanda Shipley.

"We're incredibly proud of what Daniel has created, and the feedback has been fantastic — people love the freshness and quality."

The pub also offers a varied lunch menu with small plates, sandwiches, and a rotating selection of bar snacks.

Its Sunday carvery remains a local favourite, with tables filling fast — early booking is becoming essential.

Adding to the buzz, The Tiltyard recently welcomed culinary royalty.

"We were honoured to host Pierre Koffmann, a three Michelin Star chef," said fellow owner Dave Shipley.

"He was full of praise for Daniel's cooking, which meant the world to us. Pierre and his wife were warm, gracious, and clearly passionate about great food."

Looking ahead, The Tiltyard is now taking bookings for Christmas. The festive menu — available from November 25 to December 19 — caters to all tastes and dietary needs, with a continued emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

"Daniel has poured his heart into the Christmas menu," Amanda added.

"We're expecting a busy season and can't wait to welcome guests for a truly special experience."
