The deadline has been extended for a survey that will decide how £3million of investment in Kenilworth is spent.

Kenilworth Town Council's 'Community Infrastructure Levy' (CIL) funding survey is asking residents where money should be spent to help support the community.

CIL is funding that the council raises from local developers when they build in the town. The money available will be spent over the next five to 10 years.

The money can be used to support a wide range of infrastructure projects, including: transport, flood defences, schools, hospitals, and other health and social care facilities.

The town council has already promised up to £100,000 to the Talisman Theatre for its redevelopment project.

The deadline for the survey has been extended to July 10.

The survey has been open to responses from Kenilworth residents since June 1 and so far more than 1,100 residents have shared their views.
