Open Positions

Receptionist (Full & Part Time Vacancies)

The Role: The face of the hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency, setting the tone for their entire stay while seamlessly coordinating with all other departments.

Night Porter / Night Receptionist (Full & Part Time Vacancies)

The Role: The custodian of the hotel during the night. You will work autonomously to ensure the security of the building, assist late arrivals, manage night-time guest requests, prepare the public areas for the following day, and deliver a comprehensive handover to the morning team.

Sous Chef

Contract: Full-Time OR Part-Time

The Role: Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and driving service. You will be instrumental in menu execution, kitchen management, and mentoring junior staff.

Breakfast Chef

Contract: Part-Time (30 hours/week)

The Role: The morning engine of our food and beverage offering. You will take complete ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring our guests start their day with consistently excellent, high-quality dishes.

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Contract: Full-Time

The Role: Leading from the front during service, you will ensure the F&B team delivers seamless, attentive hospitality. You will manage shift operations, train staff, and act as a key point of contact for our guests.

Bar & Waiting Staff

The Role: The heartbeat of our restaurant and bar service. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences by serving food and drinks with energy, product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Housekeepers

Contract: Full-Time OR Part-Time

The Role: The guardians of our hotel's physical standards. You will ensure every guest room and public space is immaculately presented, working with an eye for detail and uncompromising efficiency.

Kitchen Porter

Contract: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

The Role: The backbone of the kitchen. You will maintain spotless cleaning standards, manage equipment turnaround during busy services, and support the chefs with basic preparation.
