We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pilates Instructor who is also a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver our physio-led Pilates service in Kenilworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist with Pilates qualifications who enjoys teaching movement-based rehabilitation and exercise classes, but is not necessarily looking for a traditional physiotherapy position.
You will be joining a supportive, welcoming team with an excellent local reputation, helping clients improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing through high-quality Pilates instruction.
About the Role
This role focuses on the delivery of our physio-led Pilates programme, including Mat, Seated and Reformer Pilates sessions.
Responsibilities include:
· Delivering Mat, Seated and Reformer Pilates classes to individuals and small groups
· Adapting exercises to suit clients with injuries, long-term conditions, or rehabilitation needs
· Using your physiotherapy knowledge to ensure safe and effective exercise prescription
· Supporting clients to achieve their movement, strength, mobility and wellbeing goals
· Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain exceptional standards of client care
· Building positive, long-term relationships with clients
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Is a qualified Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration
· Holds recognised qualifications in Mat, Seated and Reformer Pilates
· Has experience delivering Pilates to a range of client abilities and needs
· Is passionate about movement, rehabilitation and promoting long-term health
· Is friendly, approachable, reliable and confident working independently
· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Enjoys creating a positive, supportive environment for clients
· Is committed to ongoing professional development
