Clinical Lead Salary: £22.00 - £23.00 per hour + £1.00 Daily Bonus Enhancements Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Hours: 36 Hours

HCR is proud to be partnering with a well-respected care provider in the search for a Clinical Lead. HCR will consider Registered Nurses wanting to progress to the Clinical Lead role. Previous experience in a nursing home setting is essential for this role. We will consider registered nurses seeking progression.

Clinical Lead Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of care, ensuring all residents receive compassionate and quality support.
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security, handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation, ensuring clear and up-to-date reporting.

Clinical Lead Requirements:

  • MUST be a driver
  • Will already be working in a nursing home environment
