Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues requiring attention and address them promptly.
• Assist with installations of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timelines while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Keep records of work completed and materials used for inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
