About the Role

Reed's client is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their small and friendly team based in Kenilworth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, takes pride in accuracy, and is keen to develop their skills within a supportive office environment. The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining records, and communicating professionally with customers and clients via email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and records
  • Managing customer and client correspondence via email
  • Copying, pasting and formatting information accurately (Excel spreadsheets)
  • General administrative support to the wider team
  • Monitoring Outlook inboxes and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting with customer-related administration and documentation
  • Learning additional responsibilities as the role develops

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience is desirable

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good data entry skills and accuracy
