On Saturday 3rd July we'll be holding a little celebration of our love for independent publishers. Join us and meet locally-based authors, and discover some of our favourite publishers and the beautiful, original books they are producing.

We'll have a vibrant new window display to celebrate The Sunflower Sisters, new from Owlet Press, whose tenderly re-told fairy tale, Nen and the Lonely Fisherman, took centre stage for our Pride window in June.

You can meet authors of children's books, non-fiction writers, writers of poetry and local historians – all published by smaller, independent presses. No need to book – just pop by from 10am until 3pm!
