Motorists are still being warned of delays on the M42 southbound following a vehicle fire.

Two lanes were originally closed between junction four (Dorridge) and junction 3a (M40) due to the incident.

All lanes are now open once again, but National Highways is still warning of 2.5 mile queues.

"There is still approx. 2.5 miles of congestion on approach, please allow extra time for the remaining delays to clear," an update said.
